Lunch and dinner are about CNY 80-100/person/day

Take the train to Xining around 09:30 am

The train arrives in Xining and then connects to a flight to Chengdu.

• There is no summer in the Everest Base Camp, so the accommodation is not well kept. Please be aware of this.
• Tibet is cold in the morning and evening, so warm clothes are essential;
• The plateau has a dry climate and strong ultraviolet rays, so sunglasses and skin care products and masks with strong sun protection and moisturizing properties are essential;
