Tibetan Buddhism is the core part of Tibetan culture, and it demonstrates profound Buddhist wisdom through unique religious doctrines, rituals and sect systems. It is not only a religious belief in the contemporary world, but also a cultural heritage.
There are four main sects of Tibetan Buddhism:
Nyingma School: The earliest school, also known as the "Red Sect", was founded by Guru Padmasambhava and focuses on the practice of tantric Buddhism.
Kagyu Sect: Also known as the "White Sect", it was founded by masters such as Marpa and Milarepa, and focuses on practical experience.
