To confirm the itinerary, you need to pay a deposit of RMB 10,000 per person, which can be paid online, via Alipay, WeChat or bank transfer.
The remaining balance of the trip will be paid when you arrive in Kathmandu. It must be paid in RMB and can be paid in cash or by Alipay, WeChat or bank transfer.
Once the deposit is paid, no refund will be made unless there are special circumstances (such as illness, natural disasters, war and other force majeure events)

SDF Fees: As per Bhutan Government Cancellation Policy;
Ground service:
- Cancellation more than 45 days before arrival: 90% of the ground transfer fee (excluding hotel) will be refunded
- Cancellation within 30-45 days before arrival: 75% of the ground transfer fee (excluding hotel) will be refunded
- Cancellation within 30 days before arrival will refund 0% of the local fee (excluding hotel) and can also be rescheduled.
- Hotel charges are subject to the hotel's respective cancellation policy
- Airline tickets: subject to the airline’s cancellation policy
