Shengxiang Tianmen is located on the north bank of Namtso Lake. The accommodation is very simple and the warmth is poor.
It is cold in the morning and evening in the Qiangtang area of northern Tibet, so warm clothes are essential
The plateau has a dry climate and strong ultraviolet rays, so sunglasses and skin care products and masks with strong sun protection and moisturizing properties are essential.
The low pressure and lack of oxygen in the plateau can easily cause headaches and gastrointestinal discomfort. Please bring some headache medicines such as panadol, damus, and medicines for gastrointestinal discomfort.
